What will I need to do?
Complete the application and provide any information requested by the finance provider. We’ll provide our commission disclosure and submit your application with your authority. Finance is subject to status and lender approval.

Once finance is approved, we’ll reconfirm your vehicle and terms, send your order form and place the dealer order.
When do I pay the fee?
Our processing fee is £239.99 including VAT. It is payable when your order form is returned, after a finance credit line is in place, using a debit or credit card payment link. We’ll keep you informed of material changes to your order.
Complete your paperwork
Review and sign your finance agreement. Our final checklist helps confirm you have the information you need.
What happens before delivery?
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about your agreement. We’ll review your checklist responses, resolve anything outstanding and obtain the finance provider’s authority to deliver before progressing.
Your new vehicle arrives
We’ll coordinate delivery with the supplying dealership and confirm the agreed date, location and handover details.
What should I do on the day?
Arrange the required insurance before handover, check the vehicle on arrival and record any concerns with the delivery driver. Contact NVS if you need help with a delivery issue or have a question about your lease.

Received a promotional email with Hot offers attached off NVS, noticed an Audi A6 at a price I didn't think existed so rang NVS expecting "Sorry that offer has now gone" Spoke originally to Kelly who said yes the offer was still available and at the price on the website, took delivery of the documentation, signed it and sent over my admin fee. I was kept up to date daily via the Audi app after receiving an order number off Barbara, the brand new A6 Black Edition was on my drive within 15 days of ordering, just couldn't fault the price, efficiency and communication off NVS along with the very pleasant demeanour of Lynn I am absolutely delighted. Impressed isn't a strong enough word for the efficiency here - people are quick to write bad reviews when they receive bad service but credit where credit is due all I received was total efficiency without any fuss. These guys should have been asked to sort Brexit out. I can confirm I have no affiliation with National Vehicle Solutions and work in Aviation.
