I can only echo the sentiment of other reviewers in that NVS were fantastic to deal with and made the entire process simple and received my car without any effort on my behalf. Very impressed with my first time with the company and will definitely be a repeat customer! Both Lynn and Simon were brilliant to deal with, however I want to pay particular praise on the amazing customer service from Lynn, who kept me updated regularly despite the very slow VAG group. I’m sure she was just as fed up by the almost 11 month wait as I was. Lynn also sorted out the collection of my car very quickly, from it arriving in the UK at the Port so couldn’t be happier. Thanks.

Hi just leased Renault Megane e-Tech through NVS.

Lynn eased the path and helped deal with a cumbersome and frustrating Renault Dealer electronic Contract. Facial recognition and electronic signatures may be the way to go but for 80% of the population it is a minefield. I was glad Lynn was there to buffer my response to the dealer.

So all in all no issues with NVS at all. Just wish some companies could realise the leap in computer/IT/App skills the general public need to achieve just sign a lease contract!!
