Kept up to date all the way through the process and Lynn updated exactly when she promised every single time. No false promises or vague updates and very calm finalising the potentially awkward sign off details and delivery etc. Delivery driver updated me re arrival times, delivered as promised and was a pleasure to meet.

I have had 3 or 4 cars now over the years from NVS and wouldn't choose any one else. They are always helpful and keep me up to date. One time I had cause to speak to them half way through a lease about something and they we're still very helpful even when they didn't need to be! That is a sign of a good company. I have always dealt with Simon and Lynn and never had any issues and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again.
