What should I do on the day?

I can only echo the sentiment of other reviewers in that NVS were fantastic to deal with and made the entire process simple and received my car without any effort on my behalf. Very impressed with my first time with the company and will definitely be a repeat customer! Both Lynn and Simon were brilliant to deal with, however I want to pay particular praise on the amazing customer service from Lynn, who kept me updated regularly despite the very slow VAG group. I’m sure she was just as fed up by the almost 11 month wait as I was. Lynn also sorted out the collection of my car very quickly, from it arriving in the UK at the Port so couldn’t be happier. NVS are good and do what they say they will do. Ordered my first lease vehicle back in mid 2022 and although delivery was not made until April 2023 I was kept informed all the way through by regular updates from Lynn. I did not have to chase or contact NVS to ascertain any detail at any time, Lynn was always on the front foot right through until delivery. Happy to recommend….
