Your journey with National Vehicle Solutions
Found your ideal lease deal?
Here’s what happens next.
Ready to take the next step? Our team will guide you through your car leasing quote, finance application and vehicle order, right through to nationwide delivery. Whether you’re choosing personal or business leasing, we’ll explain the costs and keep you informed along the way.
Vehicle Leasing Made Simple
Explore each step for more detail.
Tell us what you need
Your budget, your mileage, your must-haves. We’ll help you choose a lease that fits your plans.
What happens here?
We’ll discuss personal or business leasing, your chosen vehicle, contract length, initial rental and when you need delivery. Let us know if you need extra support or a different way to communicate.
Get your clear quote
See your initial and monthly rentals, mileage allowance, fees and maintenance choice before deciding.
What’s included?
We’ll confirm the specification, VAT treatment and estimated availability. We’ll also explain excess mileage charges, fair wear and tear and early termination, so you can ask questions before moving forward.
Apply with our help
Happy with your quote? We’ll guide you through the application and keep you updated on the finance decision.
What will I need to do?
Complete the application and provide any information requested by the finance provider. We’ll provide our commission disclosure and submit your application with your authority. Finance is subject to status and lender approval.
Make it official
Once finance is approved, we’ll reconfirm your vehicle and terms, send your order form and place the dealer order.
When do I pay the fee?
Our processing fee is £239.99 including VAT. It is payable when your order form is returned, after a finance credit line is in place, using a debit or credit card payment link. We’ll keep you informed of material changes to your order.
Complete your paperwork
Review and sign your finance agreement. Our final checklist helps confirm you have the information you need.
What happens before delivery?
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about your agreement. We’ll review your checklist responses, resolve anything outstanding and obtain the finance provider’s authority to deliver before progressing.
Your new vehicle arrives
We’ll coordinate delivery with the supplying dealership and confirm the agreed date, location and handover details.
What should I do on the day?
Arrange the required insurance before handover, check the vehicle on arrival and record any concerns with the delivery driver. Contact NVS if you need help with a delivery issue or have a question about your lease.
