Very impressed with my first time with the company and will definitely be a repeat customer! Both Lynn and Simon were brilliant to deal with, however I want to pay particular praise on the amazing customer service from Lynn, who kept me updated regularly despite the very slow VAG group. I’m sure she was just as fed up by the almost 11 month wait as I was. Lynn also sorted out the collection of my car very quickly, from it arriving in the UK at the Port so couldn’t be happier. Thanks.
