My initial lease contract from NVS was terminated prior to receiving the vehicle due to the dealership failing to supply the vehicle on time. Despite this being no fault of NVS all the team went above and beyond trying to get meaningful updates from the dealership.

Because of this, when I finally cancelled the lease for that vehicleI felt confident that leasing another vehicle through NVS would not result in the same debacle and in actual fact I received the replacement vehicle a full 3 months ahead of schedule.
