Simon dealt with the finance approval and ordering very quickly before passing me onto to Lynn. Lynn was very proactive and kept me up to date with what was going on. She explained how to complete all of the necessary forms and answered all of my questions fully and quickly.
She made sure that the delivery was made at a date and time that suited me and provided me with details of a variety of optional extras with applying any pressure to take them.
After the car was delivered she emailed to make sure that everything was OK and told me to contact her if there was anything she could help with.

We have had 6 vehicles through NVS and I can’t fault them at all, very professional and both Simon and Lynn have always offered their support and answered my queries. We currently have two cars on lease, it’s a very cost effective way of driving a new car every two to three years and I wouldn’t have it any other way and I’d only ever use NVS.
