We are an Insurance Intermediary, and our permitted business is the supply of insurance and finance products connected with the purchase of your motor vehicle. About our Finance Services

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We are not an independent financial advisor; we will provide details of products available, but no advice or recommendation will be made. You must decide whether the finance product is right for you.

 

Do we charge for our services?

Yes, we do charge you a fee for our services If you decide to order with us, you will receive a formal quotation. This document will clearly detail any fees that are applicable and payable to us.

 

Commissions

You will receive written Disclosure of Commissions in Relation to Your Finance Agreement, providing the full details of any commission paid by the lender to Mike Pulman Ltd. There is no separately itemised interest rate. However, the monthly payments include a cost for the use of the vehicle, which may incorporate a margin for finance and commission. As such, the commission we receive may affect the total amount payable under the agreement. We will disclose the amount of any commission received upon request or where required by law.

 

Look After My Car

As a valued customer we like to ensure that you hear about opportunities that will enhance your leasing experience. It’s an exciting time, and we want that to continue right through to renewal. To that end, we have partnered with Look After My Car (T/N of Premia Solutions Limited), a membership-only club offering exclusive offers on insurance products and services that will help you – as the name suggests – look after your car! As part of the order process. We have identified this as a legitimate interest we and Premia Solutions are pursuing, and as such will pass your contact and vehicle details to Premia Solutions so that they can register your account and contact you via email in relation to your account and by telephone to explain more about Look After My Car. Premia Solutions Limited are our approved insurance provider and will not sell your data to any third parties – you can read more about how they store and use your data in their privacy policy. If you would not like to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact us to opt out.

We will receive commission from the insurer which is a fixed amount. You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask you some questions to narrow down the selection of products we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

We work hard to ensure that the finance and insurance services we offer are fair and that our communication to our customers is clear and not misleading.
