The vehicle offers a versatile cargo space, with a boot capacity of 450 liters, expandable to 1,400 liters with the rear seats folded.

Performance and Range: Available in rear-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations, the Explorer EV offers multiple powertrain options. The base model includes a 55 kWh battery, providing an estimated range of up to 350 km (217 miles). Higher trims feature an 82 kWh battery, extending the range to approximately 540 km (336 miles). Fast-charging capabilities enable the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in about 25 minutes.

Technology and Safety: Equipped with advanced driver assistance systems, the Explorer EV includes features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and parking aids. The infotainment system supports wireless smartphone integration, enhancing connectivity for drivers and passengers.
Production of the all-electric Explorer commenced in June 2024 at Ford's Cologne plant in Germany.Â
