FCA Adequate Explanations Checklist

Before we reach that stage, please take a few moments to read this document carefully so everything runs smoothly. You confirm that you have received a full explanation of each of the items listed from points 1–10 and that you’re satisfied with the information that has been provided. Please take a moment to read through the information below and complete the form provided. Once completed, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date.
| 1 | I have been provided with a copy of National Vehicle Solutions Status Disclosure Document (SDD) and am aware of their finance commission |
| 2 | I have been provided with the Pre-Contract Credit Information and National Vehicle Solutions Commission Disclosure Document and was given the opportunity to read these important documents carefully before signing them |
| 3 | I understand that the finance agreement can only be used to finance the vehicle detailed above and will not be available for any other reason |
| 4 | I have been provided with an explanation of the features of the finance agreement, including any features I might not have foreseen which might have had a significant adverse effect on me had they not been explained to me. This includes any potential excess mileage or vehicle condition charges, if applicable |
| 5 | I have been provided with details of the advance payment, amount to be paid periodically as well as the total amount payable under the finance agreement |
| 6 | I confirm that I am comfortable that I can afford and sustain the payments required under the finance agreement |
| 7 | I have been made aware of the main potential consequences of failing to meet the payments when required as detailed within the terms of the finance |
| 8 | Ending your agreement early: to end this contract early and return the vehicle, early termination charges apply. Early termination of this agreement can be expensive |
| 9 | I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the finance agreement and any questions I had were satisfactorily responded to |
| 10 | I have been provided with contact details of the Finance Company from whom I can obtain any further information I require and to whom I can address any further questions I may have |
