Is was so nice to speak to Simon as human interaction really helps these days. Once we had completed the order we were passed over to Lynn and Barbara, whom helped us too and kept us up-to-date through the rest of the process all the way to the delivery. All contact with the company was courteous, prompt and professional. We definitely will be contacting NVS close to the end of our 2 year lease and ask about any deals on lease cars.
