You’ll need to speak with the company that is managing your IVA first; quite often they’ll grant you your request but will impose a limit providing you’re able to prove that a vehicle is required for work or commuting obligations. Any lender is unable to offer a credit facility to you if you’re already involved in an IVA; however, providing the company managing your IVA are happy for credit to be granted and you pass the affordability checks then in short the answer is yes.

I initially dealt with Simon who looked at my initial enquiry, sorted my finance and found me a car within days. He was lovely on the phone and explained the process to me. I then dealt with Lynn who was fantastic, daily emails sometimes as early as 7am and as late as 6pm (They obviously work very hard) she replied to any questions within an hour and kept me updated on my delivery throughout. Paperwork was simple and easy. I just had to supply a few pieces of additional info via email. Most contact is done by email which is so much easier whilst juggling work and my children.
