Model Year Actions Summary – July to September 2022
BMW UK have now formally announced the Model Year Actions that will affect a majority of the BMW range in the coming months and the effective date is dependent on the model range
They are summarised below for you…
1 Series (from July)
Standard Equipment – Change – M Sport models will now receive regular mats as opposed to M specific mats
2 Series Coupe (from July)
Standard Equipment – Addition – M240i to receive 33B M Sport Package Pro – removal of Cerium Grey elements and changed to High Gloss Black. Addition of BMW Individual Lights Shadow Line
Optional Equipment - Deletion – Aluminium Tetragon Interior Trim
Optional Equipment – Addition – Aluminium Rhombicle Interior Trim, priced at £150.00
Optional Equipment – Addition – Lumbar Support for Driver, priced at £175.00 (standard on the M240i)
Optional Equipment – Change – BMW Head Up Display to be replaced with Widescreen Display
Optional Equipment - Deletion – M Sport Pack on M240i
2 Series Gran Coupe (from July)
Standard Equipment – Change – M Sport models will now receive regular mats as opposed to M specific mats
Standard Equipment – Addition - HiFi loudspeaker system becomes standard equipment for M235i
2 Series Active Tourer (from July)
Standard Equipment - Change - M Sport Package shift paddles now in Black with left paddle featuring additional text ‘BOOST’ for Sport Boost
Standard Equipment - Change - Expansion of interior light colours from 9 pre-configured colours to 15
4 Series Coupe, Convertible and Gran Coupe (from July)
Standard Equipment – Change – Hi Fi Loudspeaker System now standard for M440i/d
Optional Equipment – Change - M Sport Pro Pack made available for M440i/d models
Optional Equipment – Deletion - M Technology Pack
Optional Equipment – Addition – Lumbar Support for Driver, priced at £195.00
5 Series Saloon and Touring (from July)
Standard Equipment – Change – M Sport models will now receive regular mats as opposed to M specific mats
Colours Options - Deletion - Bernina Grey and Bluestone
Colours Options – Addition - Arctic Race Blue and Skyscraper Grey
Optional Equipment – Change - M Sport Pro Pack (repriced to £3,000) now includes Option 33B M Sport Package Pro with
- Individual Lights Shadowline, M Sport Brakes with Blue Callipers (Red as an alternative), M Sport Seatbelts, Adaptive LED Headlights (or £1,000 to upgrade to Laserlights), High-beam Assist, Extended High Gloss Shadowline Exterior Trim, M Sport Spoiler (Saloon only)
Optional Equipment - Deletion - Visibility Pack removed from offer
- M550i xDrive only – Laserlights available as a single option at £1,000
- M Sport models can only have the Adaptive LED Headlights via the now enhanced M Sport Pro Pack (£3,000 or £4,000 to include the Laserlights)
