As soon as I saw the particular car on the NVS website that struck the chord, I made my mind up instantly and contacted NVS. There was only 1 car left and a special note to Simon, who acted fast, advised clearly and concisely on what I needed to do in order to secure it and luckily we got there in time. Further kudos, to Lynn who answered every query I had, (in record time none-the-less) and kept me up to date every step of the way - to the point of the car turning up on my drive and afterwards.
